LINLITHGOW ROSE CUSTOMER CHARTER

June 2023

Linlithgow Rose is committed to delivering excellent service to its customers. We are proud of the sense of community which prevails at Linlithgow Rose and we want to do everything we can to harness and build on that for the good of the club and the wider community.

The committee at Linlithgow Rose runs the club at the behest of its members. Office bearers and committee members are elected to serve in line with the rules laid down in the club’s constitution.

The committee reserves the right to make amendments at short notice but any matter which has serious implications for the running of the club is put to Members via an Extraordinary General Meeting.

Staff Conduct

The club expects all of its players, officials and employees to align to the codes of conduct applicable to each group and encourages supporters to contact us – normally via the club secretary - if they observe a breach of standards. Supporters can expect a speedy response – certainly within seven days unless additional investigation is required.

Customer/Supporter Conduct

The club has articulated its expectations of its supporters and customers in the stadium code of conduct which has now been reviewed so that key messages are on a single page.

Linlithgow Rose Supporters Club

Linlithgow Rose has enjoyed the benefits of a successful supporters’ club for over 45 years. They are fantastic ambassadors for Linlithgow Rose and we are indebted to the supporters’ club committee for all of the work they do to ensure that the team is backed wherever they play across Scotland. The supporters club is independent from the football club committee. They raise funds through the year and charge a small joining fee so that they can:

  • Subsidise travel to away games

  • Offer members the opportunity to sponsor a player

  • Select a player of the year via a system of post-match votes

  • The Supporters Club is an independent body with no interference from the Club

Friends of Linlithgow Rose

Like the supporters club this is a completely autonomous body and has no interference from the football club committee. Their purpose is to bring supporters together to raise additional finance for the club.
